We’re sorry to hear that you’re unable to place an order. In the event you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours upon confirmation of the order via contactteesmithy@gmail.com.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
If you change your shipping address, please contact us at contactteesmithy@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing the order. Our Customer Service will check your order and confirm ASAP.
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. To avoid any issues, please ensure that you provide your residential address as your shipping address. This is because we cannot predict how long the destination’s customs department will hold the package.
After your order has been processed, a tracking number will be generated within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your tracking information to be updated.
In the following cases:
You haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days
Tracking status is “not available” within 2 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number
