How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation via contactteesmithy@gmail.com. Note that cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours after order approval, as orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us at contactteesmithy@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing an order to change your shipping address. Once processed or shipped, changing the shipping address is not possible to ensure a smooth delivery process.
When will I get my tracking number?
A tracking number is generated within 5-7 business days after order processing. Tracking information may take up to 5-7 business days to be updated. If you don’t receive it within this timeframe or encounter issues, email us at contactteesmithy@gmail.com.
How do I track my order?
Click “Track Your Order” on the top of Teesmithy page and enter your tracking number to check the order status.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time for personalized items is 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days for the United States and 20-25 business days internationally. Unforeseen circumstances like customs delays may affect delivery times.
How do I return an item?
Contact us within 10 days of order arrival via contactteesmithy@gmail.com for return requests. Provide your order number and reason for return. Returns must be in original condition with intact packaging.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices displayed are tax-free, and you may be liable for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These charges are your responsibility.
Do you provide expedited shipping?
Express shipping is temporarily suspended.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Contact your credit card company if you haven’t received a refund.
Why has the tracking status not been updated?
Tracking information may not update immediately. Reasons include delays between scanning events and website updates, package scanning at regional hubs, transit between countries, non-trackable shipments, and delays in online tracking availability.
